Every dance class begins with a warm-up portion that the instrctor will lead you through. After warm-up you will learn choreography or drills for that class.

Can I come to class if I miss a couple of sessions?

Yes, our classes are very flexible. You are in charge of your own attendance and progress.

What do I need to bring to class?

Show up with your regular workout clothes (fitted clothes is recommended), yoga mat/exercise mat (for Basic for dance class) and your own dance shoes.
